The Module Nobody Else Teaches

No prior experience is required. Our training is designed to take you from zero to certified professional. Many of our most successful graduates had never touched epoxy before attending.

The core training is 2 full days of intensive, hands-on instruction. You will be working with real materials, real tools, and real floor surfaces throughout the entire program. The Polished Concrete add-on is an additional day.

You receive a Certificate of Completion from Rio Epoxy Flooring, access to Roger and Patrick for ongoing support, a materials list, pricing templates, and business development resources.

Absolutely. We dedicate significant time to teaching you how to identify commercial opportunities, approach property managers, price commercial work, and build a portfolio that attracts high-value clients.

Core Training covers measurement, countertops, quartz, metallic epoxy, and business development. The Polished Concrete add-on covers grinding, densifying, mechanical polishing, staining, and commercial PC bidding.

Training is held at our facility in the Austin, Texas area. Exact address is provided upon enrollment. We recommend making travel arrangements in advance as spots fill up quickly.

Unlike other courses that disappear after you pay, we provide lifetime support to our graduates. You can reach Roger and Patrick directly with questions about jobs, product selection, troubleshooting, or business strategy.

We keep class sizes small — typically 4 to 8 students — to ensure every participant gets personal attention and adequate hands-on time. This is not a lecture hall; it is a professional workshop.

We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled training date. Cancellations within 7 days may be eligible for a credit toward a future session.
